We want you to feel that you have been treated well by people who really care about you.
If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us, and you want to return it or get a refund, you can do so within ten days of your purchase, subject to the rules set forth below. Please allow five business days for processing and another five business days for the adjustment to reach your account.
Refunds are subject to the following rules:
TANGIBLE PRODUCTS must be returned in their original condition unless they were defective or were damaged when you received them. Special promotional packages must be returned with all original items intact, including any free premium items which were included. If these requirements are met, and no more than seven days have passed since you purchased the items you are returning, a refund will be issued without question. Refunds will always be issued in the same manner as payment was received (for example: payment by debit card will result in a refund by debit card, less shipping costs). We will notify you by email when the products you return are received by us. Please allow up to ten business days for the processing of your refund after you have been notified that the products have arrived at our facility.
DOWNLOADS cannot be returned unless they are deemed inherently defective and unusable. You must verify the compatibility of your system before buying downloadable items. Incompatibility with your system is not an acceptable reason for a refund.
COUNSELING FEES (e.g. for financial counseling/coaching services through JMC Wealth Management) are not refundable as we are a fee-for-time service.
