I couldn’t be more excited for my new online group coaching program IMPACT where I’m going to help you master your money and mindset! So today, I thought it would be a nice idea to give you some insight into the PACT Process; a framework that we’re going to thoroughly explore and work through during IMPACT.
The PACT Process is something I have personally crafted and successfully used with my clients for well over a decade. The reason is that the PACT process sees you redefine what wealth means to you. Yes, I’m talking Real Wealth here!
What Real Wealth means in your heart.
We explore how you have defined wealth in the past and how you would like to define it in the future so that every decision you make from this moment forward is empowered and aligned from this bigger-picture perspective. The beautiful thing about the PACT Process is that it takes into consideration how life is ever-evolving.
We need to allow ourselves to be onboard and feel ok with what is, and also be ok with what we want to create without negotiating ourselves away. So that ultimately, we can live life with no regrets. This is what I mean by Real Wealth!
Here is how the PACT Process is broken down:
P: Picturing the life you want to create
A: Accepting your reality
C: Choosing and committing to change
T: Take action!
Yep, this is where you finally allow yourself to dream the big dream! And when I say, big, I mean big! I also mean that you don’t place any filters or talk yourself out of what you truly desire. Creating a life of abundance and Real Wealth has to start with a clear vision and this part of the PACT Process is where you take time to visualize what you want that to look like.
You not only visualize it, but you then allow your physical body to follow. How does it feel to imagine yourself traveling or even living in that sunny destination, to be working in that job or business of your dream? Or being in that relationship that brings you joy on every level?
I’ll ask you again; how does that feel?
What are the colors you see within the visualization?
What are you doing on a day-to-day basis?
What are you wearing?
Who is around you?
I want to emphasize that this is where you leave what has happened in the past just there - in the past. Yes, there might be limited beliefs that need to be worked through but the rest of the PACT Process will help you find ways to release them.
This visualization part is also a fantastic way to identify those limited beliefs. You’ll know if they’re showing up if you find yourself quickly talking yourself out of what you dream about, or if you find numerous reasons why it can’t happen for you due to feelings of low self-worth, your background, or what has happened in your life previously.
For now, though, I encourage you to spend some time in your visualization. To get clarity and crystal-clear insight on your big dream. The reason why visualization is so powerful is that it directly reaches and impacts our subconscious minds, which fuels us in the direction of our thoughts and what we’re visualizing.
Pretty neat huh!
The more you do it, the clearer you become, and the more those signals are being reaffirmed to your subconscious.
Dreaming the dream is a crucial first step, but to move forward with your vision, it’s crucial that you accept the reality of your current situation.
Why? Because you will be unable to move forwards and shift any behaviors or habits that are keeping you in a current suffering cycle if you don’t accept the reality of where you are now, and what has got you here.
This part of PACT is usually where many people focus on finances. You can of course, in addition, apply this to other areas of your life including your career, health, and relationships.
Accepting your reality also means being conscious of staying neutral.
To accept it without any shame, blame, guilt, or judgment.
To see your finances there in black and white, and remain grounded as you are doing so.
The hardest part is usually just starting and where you might find the most resistance, so I encourage you to take deep breaths and know that where you are now has no impact on where you want to be. This is why understanding where you are right now is so important because it will also help define the action steps you take to move forwards.
An exercise I suggest if you do choose to focus on finances is to go through and write down what your financial picture currently looks like. This will include what is coming in and what is going out, your monthly and weekly expenses, and any debts you have.
Don’t leave any stone unturned!
I understand that there will likely be feelings that come up throughout this exercise, so be kind to yourself and take comfort in the fact that this Acceptance of Reality part is often the most challenging for many people.
But once it’s done, it’s done! Now it’s time to take the next step……..
This part of the PACT Process will see you commit yourself to creawting changes in your life that align with your big dream.
You can think of this as cleansing away everything you dislike about your current situation. Imagine cleaning out your refrigerator and removing the old to make room for the new!
It could also mean decluttering your physical space or closet.
And of course, it can mean committing to releasing those old habits and behaviors that hijack your nervous system or keep you in a suffering cycle.
Close your eyes and let your mind explore the possibilities of releasing each of these items. Then say to yourself:
“I choose to ______,” with your newly chosen behaviors, intents, or thoughts.
Here are a few suggestions:
I choose to live within my means.
I choose to face my current financial reality.
I choose work that is in alignment with my soul.
I choose to nurture treasured relationships with my family.
I choose to save $100 a month.
I choose to believe and know that I deserve abundance.
I choose to spend 1 hour a day building my business.
This part of PACT also focuses on what needs to happen to bring these commitments to reality. These include heightening your awareness, rewiring your neural pathways, working through and releasing limited beliefs, opening your heart, and choosing to feel and experience as opposed to reacting or projecting.
It’s like being on a bridge and becoming aware of what must happen to get you to the other side.
Yes, this is where you do just that - take action on your commitments!
This could look like restructuring your finances, spending and saving habits. It could also be self-examining how you’re operating within your relationships, career, and your approach to your wealth and retirement.
Ultimately, this step is about planting those seeds for the future you want to create and having a plan to keep building upon that memento. And of course, I’m aware that life will happen along the way and so PACT takes that into consideration. You are allowed to make tweaks and changes as you go, but the framework will help you stay on course and fully aligned to that big vision that you can - and deserve to experience on all levels!
Today, I’ve walked you through the PACT Process, and within IMPACT, a good portion of the course is dedicated to zoning in on each part. You’ll be given time to share your personal experience with bespoke feedback from me - and within the group, and I’ll be with you throughout all the practical exercises - that I also keep you accountable for!
So if you’re ready to finally live life on your terms, IMPACT begins on Tuesday 18th April and you can sign up here.
Let’s go get that life of Real Wealth!
