Real Wealth is a phrase that I have created and encompasses what it means to achieve wealth on every level in life. This includes your finances, your health and wellness, your career, and your relationships and personal life.
Ultimately it means living a life of happiness and freedom, where you are in the driving seat!
You’re not relying on banks or debt instruments to fund your lifestyle.
You’re in a career, profession, or running a business that lights you up from the inside out.
You have healthy, nourishing relationships with energetically aligned people.
You take care of your health and this feels good and empowering.
That to me is the definition of Real Wealth and the essence of what I teach in my
Julie Murphy work, including in my new book
The 4 Spiritual Laws of Money.
But perhaps you’re reading this and thinking ‘Hmmm, well yeah, that’s all well and good Jules but I’m drowning in debt, I hate my job and I feel stagnant in my relationship. How do I go from that to Real Wealth? It feels so overwhelming!’
If this sounds like you, or even a part of it resonates, today I’m going to offer you 3 tips and habits you can start to incorporate into your life to get you on your way.
And I want to empower you to know that embarking on the path to Real Wealth is as much about the journey as the destination.
Yes, you get to experience it right now - if you choose to!
Many financial planners often advise putting every spare dime you have to pay down your debt. I choose to take a different approach.
Why?
Well, because it feels far more expansive to pay down your debts, but
also
to be working towards your future short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals.
To build that big, bold, beautiful dream of yours right now!
To
financially insulate yourself from the economy and things that inevitably crop up in life.
To do this, I encourage you to first accept the true reality of your financial life as it is right now. If you’re still resisting looking at your bank accounts and credit card statements, you’re choosing to plug into your past.
Until you get a really clear picture of your finances, you won’t be able to create momentum.
So take a deep breath and know that this is the first step to that life of Real Wealth.
When it comes to your income, I encourage you to allocate a portion to paying down your debt, a portion towards your short-term financial intentions, a portion towards your mid-term financial intentions, and then a portion towards your long-term vision.
All of these should be placed in separate bank accounts and automated so that you don’t have to think about it.
I talk far more extensively about this in my videos, and other blog posts and for
those seeking additional personalized support,
via coaching.
If this feels overwhelming, I get it! You can start small. The number isn’t the focus here. Even if you only have a dollar (or whichever currency you work with) to put towards each of those financial buckets every month, it’s the
energy of intention that’s important here.
By actively participating in your own life of Real Wealth, where you don’t have to rely on the bank or credit cards, you’re saying to the universe or source ‘Hey, I’m ready to do this - let’s go!’
This part is again overlooked by many financial professionals in the field but money is incredibly energetic.
When we remain in our past negative patterns and operate on a low-level vibration, things will never change. Or, they might temporarily but then something will suffer along the way.
These habits have typically been created and cemented by the age of just 7 years old, so if you have any judgment about your patterns, please be compassionate with yourself. These are simply learned beliefs and behaviors and they can be broken.
It just takes building awareness and working with tools, teachers, and techniques to shed those layers of your past self.
Our patterns can also hijack how we set our intentions for what we truly want in life. When we set intentions from a place where we are not fully ourselves, due to negotiating ourselves away in some form, we get mixed results.
You have the power to undo that patterning, but I deeply encourage you to explore other modalities such as
RTT and hypnotherapy. This can provide that energetic container to lift you out of any old negative conditioning and to see your life and your desires through a fresh, bright, and clear lens.
In my framework the PACT process, the T stands for Take Action.
However, this doesn’t mean doing so much that you lose sight of your authentic self and desires!
This can be challenging for many of us type-A personalities (yup, me included!). But once you are taking the necessary action steps to work through your finances and energetically align to your soul desires in those other pillars of your life, your job is to….
…..do nothing.
Yes - you heard that right!
Now that you’ve gotten an energetic upgrade to align with a higher vibration of yourself, and have taken the necessary action steps (that have hopefully become more joyful and empowering in the process!), there is nothing more to do and there is nothing to accomplish.
There is also nothing to be missed, my beautiful friend.
This part of your journey is about you becoming a human being, not a human doing.
We all have divine masculine and divine feminine energy. The masculine is the ‘doing’ side and the ‘being’ is the feminine side.
When we do this work with intention, and we shift energetically, the universe, God, the light (to me it’s all the same thing) is an energetic force that will rearrange your life and bring you opportunities to step into that alignment with your soul's path.
They might not come in the way you expected.
They might come packaged in a way that surprises you!
And there will be challenges and tests along the way that only exist to keep your nervous system neutral and to allow you to stay aligned with your big, overall goal and vision.
Your only job is to manage your energy daily with your 4 fold being: the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual self. To keep that nervous system of yours neutral and boldly step into those beautiful synchronicities in life when they show up.
The journey to Real Wealth is also about self-discovery, and shedding those past layers to create physical and energetic space for the new you to evolve, bloom, and thrive!
My new book The 4 Spiritual Laws of Money explores this on a far deeper level, so if my work resonates and you feel called to, you can purchase your copy
